As a Vice President at Genpact, I lead the global strategic sourcing and procurement operations for a tier 1 banking and financial services provider in Europe, with end-to-end ownership for requisition management and procurement support. I manage a team of over 540 professionals across five delivery centers, covering 25 countries and 15 languages, and handling $4.5B in spend with $25M P&L responsibility. I build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as the Chief Procurement Officer, Global Process Owners, Heads of Procurement, and Category Managers, and facilitate the development of category strategies, annual demand planning, and tail spend optimization and consolidation.I have over 20 years of executive experience in corporate strategic sourcing implementation and operations management, with a track record of delivering value creation through process and technology improvements. I have expertise in contract development and negotiations, project management, cost reduction and avoidance, quality improvement, process redesign and change management, and supplier and customer negotiations. I have also successfully led and executed corporate strategic planning processes, mergers and acquisitions, and product planning and development initiatives. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University, and several professional certifications in supply management, negotiations, and Six Sigma.
