   Mike litigates high-stakes cases involving restrictive covenants, employment agreements, and trade secrets in state and federal courts. He draws on his significant litigation experience to draft and advise clients on restrictive covenants. Mike also litigates single plaintiff cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment arising under state and federal statutes, including Title VII, the ADA, and the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act in state and federal courts and in arbitrations. He currently serves as co-leader of the labor and employment practice\'s Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition Task Force. Mike has trial and hearing experience litigating complex single plaintiff cases under state and federal anti-discrimination laws including trying cases, successfully arguing dispositive motions, and preserving results on appeal. He also litigates wage and hour claims, and defends clients facing claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and workplace assault. Mike draws on his broad experience to advise clients about creating and implementing employment policies and agreements that comply with applicable statutes.
