Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting the Installation Manager in maintaining and optimizing the delivery, installation, and service schedule Scheduling delivery of equipment leveraging both internal and external shipping resources Scheduling installation and service dates for our installation team Communicating with installation technicians in the field as required Maintaining a dynamic installation schedule Provide support to the field in real time as needed for reschedules Order and manage contractor work permits Periodically audit the scheduling process to ensure it is working and quality is being delivered in the field
