   Champion the use of Dynamic 365 through employee communications, consultation, and training. • Support manager and employee self-service modules, solicit feedback and identify overall needs of end users to increase efficiencies and ensure relevant data is available. • Produce user/operational documentation for the system or processes. • Manage projects consistent with the software development lifecycle process from requirements through delivery to production. Work with ITS if applicable to deliver to customer expectations. Thoroughly document and communicate all project risks to the project team. • Work with stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate existing functionality details to understand the current system and future needs. Recognize and recommend the business areas where efficiencies can be gained by altering the process or automating the process. • Maintain solid working relationships with internal/external partners. • Act as system administrator for all modules within Dynamic 365 to ensure users are set up with appropriate access and perform system audits to satisfy access control procedures. • Plan, design, test, analyze and implement system changes, including table maintenance, configuration, and interfaces/integrations. • Monitor day-to-day system operation, including interfaces between Dynamic 365 and other internal/external systems, update existing interfaces, create new interface specifications, research, and resolve all interface errors, configuration changes, release evaluations, testing and production rollout. • Support D365 to troubleshoot production issues and determine if the resolution can be found through business processes/actions and system configuration, or if escalation to 3rd-party vendors. • Maintain data integrity in systems through reporting and data analysis.
