ESMC (European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) is a joint venture between TSMC, Bosch, Infineon, and NXP. The project represents a significant investment of over 10 billion euros and aims to strengthen the European semiconductor ecosystem. Responsible for the management of interactions and dependencies between the Client, the General Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors for the ESMC project. Lead the coordination between the different phases of construction - including Design/Engineering, Procurement, Preconstruction, Logistics, Construction, Cx/QAQC, and Change Management; ensuring compatibility and mitigating risks associated with these interactions.
