With over 22 years of experience in information technology, network infrastructure and security, Michael O\'Loughlin is a visionary and strategic leader who delivers cost-effective and innovative solutions for Valencia College and its stakeholders. He leads the Network Infrastructure Services (NIS) team, which is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical administration of the college\'s telecom, on-prem and cloud network infrastructure and related services.Michael O\'Loughlin has a proven track record of managing complex network security systems and tools, designing and implementing internet and network-based communications, and collaborating with OIT leadership and external partners to create and execute plans, policies, procedures, processes, and strategies for telecom, network and infrastructure technologies.
