After working on more than 100 transactions exceeding $100B in value, I’ve learned that deals rarely fail for lack of strategy—they fail when execution is treated as an afterthought. I partner with executives and deal teams to sharpen deal logic early and carry it through diligence, integration, and separation so ambition actually survives contact with reality.At PwC, I lead our Value Capture Synergy Methodology within the Integration Offering, shaping how clients define, measure, and deliver measurable results. I also serve as a Lead Client Partner for several marquee fintech clients, guiding them through high-impact transformations in an increasingly competitive and regulated landscape. I’m committed to cultural stewardship. I serve on the Board—and as Treasurer—of the Handel and Haydn Society, a 200-year-old institution that has profoundly shaped classical music in America. I am also on the Board of The Silkroad Project. I am a graduate of Bryant University (finance and political science) and remain engaged as an alum.
