The Technology Infrastructure organization is aligning with our CIOs and internal partners to bring a new, fully modernized technology platform to resiliently and securely serve our employees and customers. To successfully deliver for these two groups at speed and scale, we are evolving to become a digital-first company enabled by a hybrid cloud model. For customers, this will mean easier-to-use products and services. For employees, we are modernizing the technology workplace to further enhance collaboration and offer a more integrated experience where colleagues can work anywhere, anytime. We’re fortunate to have partners like Microsoft and Google aligned to these efforts and supporting our cloud journey.
