I lead multi-site construction and quality operations for semiconductor and mission-critical projects, combining construction management discipline with practical QA/QC. My focus is to keep scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality aligned—staffing the right people, standardizing the work, and removing friction so teams deliver first-pass results.What I doOwn regional operations and account health: forecasting, staffing plans, budgets, margin protection, and executive reporting.Run precon through turnover: work planning, look-ahead routines, constraint removal, field coordination, and organized closeout.Stand up quality governance that works in the field: special inspections (ICC/ACI), NDT oversight, in-wall/pre-install checks, NCR/PCI control, and clean turnover packages.Build high-performing teams: recruit, coach, and mentor leads; align roles with a clear RACI; promote safety culture and accountability.Drive client partnership: define SOWs and change orders, set inspection windows and protocols, and keep owners/CMs/trades aligned with transparent metrics.Systematize the work: Smartsheet/Power BI dashboards, standard procedures, playbooks, and reporting cadences that cut rework and re-inspections.Support business development: scopes, pricing models, and mobilization plans for new wins (including Special Inspections growth).Throughline: make the work visible, make decisions early, and help the team finish once—not twice.
