I am well versed in quality methodologies including ISO 9001:2015, Lean Six Sigma, Risk Management, and the Steve Trautman system for knowledge transfer. I led efforts for achieving/maintaining ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, 16949, and 17025 registrations. I have managed technical projects, scheduled work and audits, collected and reported test and performance data, and communicated project proposals/findings to clients and upper management. I trained all levels of organizations in the requirements and interpretation of the ISO standards and knowledge transfer methodology.
