An IT professional with 20 years Information Technology experience working across a variety of industries (manufacturing, automotive, childcare & leisure ) experienced in organizing IT departments, providing leadership and technical expertise across the technology spectrum. Developing strategic business partnerships, developing relationships with business stakeholders to ensure business alignment and support our corporate strategy. Developing the IT team into the role of “Technical Consultant” to key business stakeholders. Creating external business third party strategic technology partnerships, outsourcing technical expertise and IT procurement. Highly experienced in M&A, systems/technology integration (MS Dynamics CRM, Qlickview Business Intelligence), including business systems migration. Integrating people, process and technology of 3 large childcare groups and managing change as part of the process. Creating a Client Focused IT Culture, Service Desk Optimisation initiative (based ITIL standards), reviewing all policies, procedures, roles and responsibilities and focusing on providing the best service to our internal and external clients. Experience of Driving Change Management, business transformation, establishing a Technology Vision and creating followership through World Class IT Operations (working to COBIT and ITIL standards).
