Lead developer on the redesign and refactoring of Apiture\'s Customer Portal. This was a 6-month project with multiple internal teams to build out the requirements to improve Financial Institution’s support personnel user experience and streamline the Apiture Customer Support team processes. As the lead developer on this project, I improved the existing code repository’s structure to improve its maintainability for future developers. • Worked closely with the development team on feature design and implementation using Agile methodologies and best practices to refine the platform. • Developed custom Apex classes and Lightning Web Components for business logic and user interface while creating test classes using Apex test suite and Jest framework to ensure code quality and validate business logic. • Participated in and led daily stand-ups and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the codebase and development process. • Provided technical support and guidance to clients, assisting with troubleshooting and optimizing platform utilization in a production application. • Implemented platform customizations and integrated external services and applications. • Contributed to technical documentation and training materials, enhancing client comprehension of platform usage.
