This role will oversee services related to clinical and field placements across Nursing, Allied Health, and other strategic healthcare programs across the U.S. based University clients. This role is accountable for developing, deploying, and managing key internal operational procedures. This role uses data to inform, influence, and evolve procedures to influence outcomes and meet key objectives with internal and external stakeholders. Management duties include leading managers and individual contributor roles, staffing assignments, performance management, and team culture and engagement.In order to confidently drive and speak to the success or challenges of the business, the Vice President is expected to be knowledgeable in state compliance, operating best practices, technology and reporting, and the requirements for each discipline within the portfolio. When necessary, this individual will be the representative of this service both for business development, internal stakeholders, and University clients.
