About Michael Spring

Growing up, I moved frequently, which taught me to adapt quickly and see challenges from different perspectives. These experiences shaped how I think about change and led me to value creativity supported by structure and analytical thinking. As I developed strengths in data and numbers, I found that finance allows me to combine both. What drives me most is the ability to make a meaningful impact and help others.In college, I found my footing by actively seeking opportunities despite limited initial guidance as an out-of-state student. I joined Consult Your Community and became a Teaching Assistant for a sustainability course at Penn State, where I’ve worked with small businesses and supported students in exploring their paths.I also serve as Director of Branding for my fraternity, Omega Chi Sigma, where I lead outreach initiatives, design merchandise, and support philanthropic efforts like THON while helping members pursue their professional goals.Looking ahead, I aim to continue blending creativity with analytical thinking to create meaningful impact through my career in finance.

   Lead branding public relations, outreach, and social media strategies to strengthen the fraternity’s presence on campus and in the community, while gathering ideas to help organize and market events, formals, and THON fundraising initiatives at meetings- Design and oversee the production of custom merchandise by collaborating with Fresh Prints and managing a team to ensure high-quality products for our different philanthropy and individual events to align the fraternity’s image and generate funds
