I help teams deliver projects faster, cleaner, and with less chaos by building PMO frameworks that actually work. I am a PMO and project management leader with 5+ years of experience driving enterprise transformation, operational efficiency, and technology adoption.At lululemon, I built and led the PMO for a go-to-market redesign that reduced the product creation calendar by 30% and optimized the flow of new products from concept to launch. This enabled faster responses to market trends, boosted product agility, and strengthened lululemon\'s edge in a competitive industry.Before my time at lululemon, I played a key role in delivering the largest digital health transformation in BC’s history. I modernized province-wide clinical systems, improved medical workflows, and elevated patient experience and safety.
