About Michael Lostritto

Michael D. Lostritto is an attorney at the law firm of Chisholm, Chisholm & Kilpatrick, where he concentrates his practice in the representation of disabled veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Board of Veterans\' Appeals. Mr. Lostritto graduated magna cum laude from the University at Albany in 2009 and received his law degree cum laude from Albany Law School in 2014. While in law school, Mr. Lostritto served as an Associate Editor for the Albany Law Review and was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Rachel L. Kretser in New York’s Third Judicial District. Mr. Lostritto has been inducted into the Justinian Honorary Law Society for Academic Excellence and was the recipient of the Margot M. Rogers scholarship for academic merit. Mr. Lostritto is admitted to practice law in all New York State courts, the United States District Court, Northern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is an accredited attorney before the Department of Veterans Affairs, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association, and Capital District Trial Lawyers Association.
