   Provided resource as a service (RaaS) EHS manager support to a multinational technology company’s Des Moines datacenter for 4 months. Support included managing day-to-day EHS tasks, compliance auditing, safety culture development, risk assessment, and gap assessment of existing programs. • Provided on-site Environmental Health & Safety support for a large medical equipment manufacturer in WA. This included written programs, hazardous waste, and environmental management. • Performed a gap analysis of the multinational technology company’s current established programs, processes, and documentation against the ISO 45001 standard. • Developed remediation plans and an ISO 45001 implementation roadmap/strategy to achieve ISO 45001 certification. • Established numerous management system procedures including Change Management, Communication, Control of Documented Information, EHS Audit, Hazard, Risk, and Opportunity Identification, Management of Nonconformities, Immediate Corrections and Corrective Actions, and Management Review. • Developed and implemented global health, safety, and environmental programs, procedures. • Prepared and reviewed corporate and site-specific written programs, Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs), risk assessments, and other health and safety program elements for numerous manufacturing, technology, and biotechnology clients. • Conducted and/or reviewed industrial hygiene assessments for hazardous chemical, indoor air quality, and noise exposures for railroad, technology, and biotechnology clients.
