In and out of work, I am a consummate problem solver.At work, I use brainstorming techniques, team-building activities, and project management fundamentals to lead teams to the best available ideas. My favorite hobby, rock climbing / bouldering, even calls the routes \"problems\"… it’s in my blood.My first real project was in 2015, when I turned my wedding into a project. I used elements of scrum and Lean to plan a fully featured wedding for under – including venue, food, photography, and open bar!My most recent careers have used skills such as public speaking, hosting, moderation, training and development, mentoring, managing projects, continuous process improvement, and strategic planning. I have a varied skillset that makes me equally valuable at setting a strategic vision or hosting a leadership summit. In any organization, you have to take care of the people while optimizing the processes.
