ABOUT MICHAEL LEE
This is where I convince you I’m awesome. But first, some sad-but-true confessions. I hated algebra in high school. I sometimes forget to floss before bedtime. And, if we’re being really honest, I think my head looks kinda weird when seen from the side. The good news is that I have a passion for using that weird-looking head to think up cool ideas, and then working hard to make those ideas into compelling products. My work has spanned 2D and 3D products for companies such as Disney, Pixar, Warner Bros, Mattel, Hallmark, DC and Marvel, which have sold in mass-market retailers such as Wal-Mart, Hallmark, Walgreen’s, CVS, and more. I have an end-to-end product development skillset, ranging from initial conceptual and visual brainstorming, through production coordination with domestic and foreign vendors, all the way to final product realization at shelf. I utilize innovative thinking and collaboration to grow ideas while maintaining a focus on business needs. I have a TON of experience with art direction, illustration, graphic design, product development management, creative strategy, and leading teams filled with other talented folks.
