I\'m Mike Laubacher, and I\'m passionate about two things: nurturing talent and shaping minds. With a diverse background spanning a decade in both Human Resources Recruiting and Education, I bring a unique blend of skills to the table.My journey began in the world of Human Resources Recruiting, where I spent two years honing my ability to identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent. It was here that I developed a keen eye for potential and a knack for matching individuals with opportunities that best fit their skills and aspirations.Driven by a desire to make a more direct impact on shaping the future generation, I transitioned into the field of education, where I\'ve spent the last eight years as a high school social science teacher. My decision to become an educator was rooted in my belief that every student deserves the chance to excel and reach their full potential. I\'ve taught a range of subjects including AP Government, AP Macroeconomics, AP United States History, Ethnic Studies, and World History, challenging students to think critically, engage deeply, and aspire higher.In both realms of my career, whether it\'s guiding professionals towards fulfilling careers or empowering students to become informed global citizens, my mission remains the same: to inspire growth, instill confidence, and cultivate excellence.
