a viral moment, I create cultural movements. My name is Michaella Lee Bloom and I am a culture-first creative director, strategist, thought leader, and sustainable artist working at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and impact. I have partnered with over 125+ brands on creator-led strategy, creative direction, influencer marketing, special projects, original branded music, and IRL activations designed to move culture, not just metrics.I don\'t chase trends, I build the conditions that create them. In 2020, I built 1UP Talent Network, one of the earliest TikTok agencies and diverse talent networks. I guided brands through their first TikTok and Reels campaigns, developed original branded music, and launched trends that took over the internet. I ideated unconventional IRL activations before “creator-led” became industry language. At the core of that work was advocacy.The mission of my first agency was to center the trendsetters and culture shapers often overlooked and undervalued, what Myles Worthington aptly coined “underestimated audiences.” 95% of the deals I negotiated were with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Disabled creators across generations, prioritizing equity, longevity, and real partnership over extractive models.In 2023, I launched CLTR LAB, a culture-first creative lab, built in direct response to traditional agencies not being CREATIVE. CLTR LAB is a heart-centered business at the forefront of shifting culture through authenticity, creativity, inclusivity, and human connection.
