ABOUT MICHAEL KRUG

A passionate solutions-oriented leader with extensive experience developing and leading high-performing teams in talent acquisition, sourcing, executive search, practice management, M&A, contingent workforce programs, and physician recruitment. Having spent my career working with high-growth start-ups, such as SpaceX and DivX, I have developed a track record of success in delivering operational efficiencies and scalable human capital solutions. Over the past decade, I have continued that same purpose-driven work by leading cross-functional teams responsible for advancing patient care models in new growth markets for Hoag, a leading Orange County, CA-based healthcare system. As Vice President of omo, I\'m responsible for developing quality products and services that drive value for the independent physician community.
