   Lead operator on the BOC transmission team setting up Amazon\'s Thursday Night Football broadcast with HDR and SDR components, with an average viewership of 11.86 million per week. • Work on \"Football Night in America\" every week, setting up transmits from that week\'s site with an average viewership of 8 million per week (pre-game). • Worked on the Peacock exclusive Miami Dolphins vs. Kansas City Chiefs game, which was \"the most-streamed event ever in US history\" with 23 million viewers.• Coordinate with nine operators working on a 24/7 schedule, managing over 600 inbound routable and 500 outbound transmits for all sporting events each week.• Conduct transmission check-ins for high-profile sporting events.• Troubleshoot and monitor on-air video and audio signals, satellite transmissions, and multiplexed signals for multiple broadcast streams.• Knowledge of IP transmission and IP video workflows.• Establish conversations with transmission carriers to resolve issues, escalations, maintenance, and overall performance.• Establishing standard operating procedures for all transmission technologies activities, which include audio/video and communications check-in and QC, a process for remotes, outgoing transmission activity, and ingest.• Perform quality control and support to all departments in need of feeds assistance.• Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot higher-level problems.• Assist in equipment testing and configuration as needed.• Knowledge of fiber optic and coax transport, MPEG 2 and 4 encoding and decoding, ASI, Dolby-E, frame syncs, matrix-based communications systems, and plant routing systems.• Ability to comprehend signal flow documents (CAD) as well as systems-level troubleshooting.• Knowledge in performing equipment installations, from planning to approval for full production.
