ABOUT MICHAEL KLUGE
I am currently a forth-year finance major, completing my BBA at St. Francis Xavier University. After learning about all aspects of business, economics and business mathematics the past two years, I have directed my educational focus to financial analysis and real-world business solutions, excelling when working in collaborative groups to solve financial problems. This year I am excited to develop a deeper understanding of financial markets and their connections to economics while gaining practical experience as an Investment Analyst for Xaverian Capital - St FX’s student run investment fund that manages over of assets through investment in Canadian stocks. As in Investment Analyst for Xaverian Capital I will provide fundamental investment analysis, quantitative valuation skills, and portfolio management. I look forward to researching industry sectors with the hopes of identifying investment candidates with considerable growth potential and then pitching such potential investments for consideration to the Xaverian Capital investment portfolio. My five-year plan includes becoming a CFA charterholder and a financial analyst. My education is preparing me for a long career in helping people manage their money successfully.
