In my role I report into the Legal Counsel - Corporate Commercial part of the larger Corporate Services - Legal Services function reporting into Group Directorate Governance & Legal Services. Some of my high-level duties include as below- Assisting in the delivery of high quality legal services, including the provision of accurate and timely legaladvice and support on corporate, commercial and regulatory legal matters- Provide assistance to high-priority strategic case work, assisting with a variety of corporate, commercialand regulatory matters affecting the Group- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations to ensure the management and protection ofthe Group\'s interests- Support the management, development and implementation of effective systems and processes thatenable the efficient delivery and continuous improvement of legal services delivery to the Group- Coordinate, communicate and maintain relationships with internal clients, identifying legal service needsand any shortfalls in service delivery by external providers of legal services, ensuring they are dealt withappropriately or escalated as needed.I am am using some of my key skills around Research, Project Management and Knowledge Management to contribute to some rewarding and engaging project work.

I was honoured with the President of India Gold Medal (2012) for my contributions to disability empowerment. I share my lived experience having Nystagmus and Epilepsy with pride and by the belief that resilience becomes meaningful only when it uplifts others. I graduated from IIM Bangalore, where my experiences helped the institute learn and establish the Office of Disability Services — a foundation that continues to support students today.In the UK, I am an integral part of the Corporate Commercial Legal team at Sanctuary Group, where I focus on delivering high‑quality legal support, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and enabling operational excellence. I was recognised as a Top‑3 Finalist for Sanctuary’s Bright Beginnings Award, reflecting my commitment to impact and continuous learning.Beyond work, I founded ODS Connect, a vodcast that amplifies voices from the disability community. I also have volunteered with RNIB, Scouts, and Unify Giving, and I remain deeply connected to the IIMB alumni network — building the Stars @ IIMB community and receiving the 2025 Alumni Service Award for sustained contribution.At the heart of everything my sole purpose is to empower people, strengthen communities, and leave every space more inclusive than I found it.
