I\'ve seen firsthand how underserved brokers and employers have been when it comes to ICHRA, so I built programs that fix it.Before this, I led national broker recruiting and Medicare sales programs at Messer Financial Group, where we helped thousands of agents succeed. At Molina Healthcare, I managed broker channel growth nationwide, doubling results by building better contracts and real broker-first support.On the employer side, running iPlanRx gave me an inside look at how cash flow and liabilities really impact the C-suite.
