ABOUT MICHAEL KEPPEN

As a Packaging Advisor, I work with pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations to navigate complex packaging challenges within highly regulated environments. I partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams to develop innovative cartons, labels, and inserts that are compliant, scalable, and aligned with product specifications, regulatory requirements, and commercialization goals.Prior to entering the packaging industry, I built my career in operations, leadership, and organizational development within both the military and pharmaceutical sectors. I served over 20 years in the U.S. Navy as an aviator and HR professional, leading diverse teams through high-pressure and complex environments. I’ve led organizations of more than personnel, managed nationally distributed operations exceeding $500M, and consulted with pharmaceutical leaders to develop high-performing teams. These experiences shaped my leadership philosophy: People First. Mission Always. They also influence how I approach customer relationships today, by taking the time to understand operational realities, solving problems collaboratively, and delivering solutions that actually work.If you\'re navigating a complex packaging challenge or exploring new approaches, Nosco has a solution. Let’s connect.
