Licensed to sell securities and insurance allows me to utilize a broad array of investment and tax strategies. I have served as an expert witness in litigation in state and Federal Courts, as well as in Securities Arbitration. I attended the University of Texas School of Law, and was admitted to the State Bar in 1972, The United States Supreme Court and Tax Court in 1979. I earned my B.A. undergraduate degree from Indiana University and The University of Texas in 1969. Previous Board of Director experience includes Innocents at Risk, The Association for Advanced Life Underwriting of Washington, D.C, Goodwill Industries of Central Texas, SafePlace Foundation and Communities in Schools. The State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, and the Non-Practicing Alumni Advisory Council for the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
