I am an HSCIC Accredited Clinical Safety Officer. I am available to consult NHS Trusts, healthcare IT companies, and other healthcare organisations on Clinical Safety in their IT systems. I can provide a full Clinical Safety assessment and sign off service, including producing Hazard Logs, your Clinical Safety Case and a Clinical Safety Closure Report. I can facilitate Clinical Safety activities in your organisation. I can provide assessment and sign-off for IT suppliers to meet ISB0129, and for NHS organisations to meet ISB0160. I can help your organisation gain a Clinical Safety Authority to Release (CATR) from the HSCIC.
