ABOUT MICHAEL STONE

I have never met a problem I didn’t want to solve. Whether it is optimizing an inefficient work process, starting a whole new program or initiative, or getting a cross-functional team to coalesce around an important objective, I love taking on new challenges and getting things done. In my 10+ years working in customer success I have had many opportunities to tackle different kinds of challenges and solve different kinds of problems.Several highlights of my career so far have been managing a portfolio of clients with revenue of over $3 million annually, creating a whole new recruitment strategy and data analysis initiative at UMBC including starting multiple inter-institutional partnerships as well as setting up collaboration across multiple internal departments, and presenting at three separate professional conferences including best practices in admissions work and data collection and analysis for the National Council of Honors Colleges 2019 annual conference, contemporary collection of historical artifacts at the National Council on Public History 2016 annual conference, and on the history of community action in Baltimore at the American Studies Association 2016 Annual Conference. When I’m not working I\'m playing bluegrass music almost every weekend at local venues, playing competitive chess, or playing with my two hounddogs. If you would like to learn more about how my services can help you or your organization, please reach out to me via email (M••••••••@gmail.com).
