Hello, my name is Mike Hussey and I have more than 25 years experience making things: from paper to steel! With a strong background in management and leadership, I take pride in the companies and people that I’ve worked with and the contributions they have made to the world. My goal is to lead with integrity and fairness, while empowering employees to make the best decisions to create value for customers. I believe that we get the most out of work and personal situations through a focus on communication, empathy, trust, and innovation. My favorite thing about the construction industry is taking an idea and turning it into a physical reality. Whether you’re building a parking garage, a condo complex, an industrial site or a bridge, that structure will be around for decades and have an impact on the thousands of people that use it. When I’m not earning a living I enjoy giving back to the community, mainly by volunteering with local baseball and swimming organizations.
