Collaborate across the organization and among external partners to ensure strong access to capital. Responsible for preparation of forecasted cash flow and debt compliance scenarios to support strategic business initiatives; communicates implications of such scenarios directly with executive management. Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of reports summarizing Covenant-Adjusted EBITDA, Debt Covenant Ratios and Securitized Net Cash Flow including the allocation of such funds as part of debt compliance. Responsible for all aspects of accounting for debt obligations and related interest. Direct external and internal audits. Support SEC and other financial reporting. Oversee the reconciliation and settlement of all intercompany transactions. Complete Periodic Fixed Asset Contribution Equity Analysis and Quarterly Fixed Asset Reconciliation. Provide coaching, skills development, guidance and support to staff. Provided expert support for debt offerings (2020-1 $0.4B Refinancing, 2021-1 $0.2B New Issue) including Ratings Agency Presentations, Offering Memo, Comfort Process, Investor Presentations, Closing and other due diligence requests.
