We do both restoration and maintenance work on almost any surface from carpet, upholstery, leather, natural stone, polished concrete, VCT, LVT, tile and grout as well as specialty surfaces including metal, quartzite and other new surface types. We also assist you with procuring maintenance equipment, products and entry systems from top-quality providers at pricing that often cannot be matched. Additionally, we provide carpet color loss repair services, often making damaged spots disappear. With an extensive client base that spans the gamut from professional services firms, such as law firms, insurance companies, entertainment and high-tech firms; portfolio-level experience with national and regional office and multifamily property management companies; hospitality; retail, including high-end specialty retail and banks; as well as institutional experiences working with multiple municipalities, universities and iconic Southern California museums, we understand the needs of your facilities better than anyone.
