Working at the interface of formulation and process chemistry, developing and scaling up the manufacture of novel emulsions for industrial applications. My work bridges process optimisation and product performance, with direct contributions to the design and implementation of final production-scale facilities.Key contributions include:• Led experimental development that informed the design of a full-scale manufacturing plant.• Synthesised and supplied multi-kilogram quantities of bespoke dispersants, ranging in molecular weights and chemistries, enabling pilot plant trials and system validation at scale.• Established new emulsion characterisation capability using laser diffraction, including method development adopted across multiple projects.My role blends hands-on synthesis, analytical method implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate product development from lab to plant.
