ABOUT MICHAEL JENNINGS

I am a Partner within the Corporate Finance, Restructuring and Forensic Accounting department of BDO Northern Ireland, a local Chartered Accountants and Business Advisory firm based in the heart of Belfast employing over 150 staff. Having joined BDO in 1992 as a Graduate Trainee and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, I have over thirty years experience working on corporate finance and business restructuring assignments for corporate and personal clients across a range of industries and sectors on behalf of shareholders, directors, lenders, creditors and financial institutions. I have significant advisory, corporate finance and restructuring experience in the following sectors: Land & Property, Hotel & Leisure, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, TMT, Energy, Waste & Recycling, Healthcare and Food & Drink.
