ABOUT MICHAEL J. COFFEY

Michael is an Executive Advisor, Certified Executive Coach, and Founder of Cultiver Group Inc. His passion and purpose is to empower leaders to step beyond their perceived limitations, cultivate their passion and purpose, and develop the strategies and skills necessary to produce extraordinary results both at work and in life. Michael is the creator of the 5 Frame Coaching Process, author of The Building Blocks of Managing People, and Servant Leadership as Movement. In addition to his role as Executive Coach and Consultant Michael is a dynamic Facilitator of Executive Team Development.Michael serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching Human Resource Management and Leadership at the MBA level.
