Provide user support for than 500 WAMS users and nearly employees that utilize the WAMS time entry (TE) system. Responsibilities include: backend new user setup; developing/facilitating WAMS training for different departments throughout SCL; and analyzing existing business processes used throughout SCL followed by cross-functionally collaboration to ensure those processes work efficiently within WAMS framework-Perform routine WAMS data audits that include analyses of existing users and assigned responsibilities; running reports on open Work Orders/Service Requests and distribution to responsible departments to ensure finished work in the field is accurate in WAMS system; and TE time-crew analysis/coordination with payroll of new hires or of any employee attrition-Collaboration with other MSAs on Benchmark Work Order creation and Preventatives Maintenance plans for Generation Assets across Generation sites; defining best practices and looking for ways to standardize different WAMS processes across the generation sites-SCL representative on the EUCG Hydro Productivity Committee: Responsible for analyzing annual generation costs associated with SCL power generation and benchmarking these costs to defined EUCG costs categories: annual participation in benchmarking peer review among similar utilities from around the world to analyze cost mapping between utilities and define best practices-Analyze WAMS module suggestions from SCL departments and work with WAMS developers to understanding system impact and feasibility-Build reports for different SCL departments by querying WAMS and PeopleSoft (financial system) database. These reports allow respective departments to view workload and cost data, material requests associated with scheduled Work Orders, asset data by location, Service Requests and billing status, and any WAMS records based on requested status or scheduled crew.
