As part of the Employee Experience team I bring over 15 years of experience to help support the well-being of Kentucky’s nearly 3,300 Court employees, consisting of Judge’s, Justice’s, Clerks, Attorney’s and support personnel across 120 counties.Our team’s mission is to uphold the Kentucky Judicial Branch’s commitment to ethics and integrity while providing support and care to employee’s to ensure a positive work environment.As the HR Administrator I conduct workplace investigations, resolve grievances and facilitate conflict resolution, and analyze, design and implement classification, salary and compensation.I am passionate about partnering with others to solve complex people and organizational problems. I accomplish this by engaging with, and listening to employees at all levels and finding ways to align their concerns with organizational goals.
