I lead the design and execution of our organisation’s learning strategy, aligning all training and development initiatives with business objectives.Designed and implemented the company’s first Learning Management System (LMS), supporting digital learning delivery and achieving ISO 9001 certification in 2023.Conduct regular skills gap analyses and develop targeted programmes across departments, spanning compliance, systems, technical knowledge, and soft skills.Lead leadership development, succession planning, and coaching initiatives to support internal mobility and future-readiness.Manage all external learning, including Government Apprenticeship Levy, provider relationships, and accredited training (e.g. first aid, mental health, manual handling).Partner with HR to drive key strategic projects, including implementation of a new HRIS, a performance appraisal framework, EDI initiatives, and the development of new company values.Ensure all learning programmes support a culture of continuous improvement, inclusivity, and business alignment.
