Transforming up to 300K sq ft of blank space into turnkey operation centers across the country.And because I\'m constantly identifying opportunities to negotiate lower costs while overseeing the RFP process, meeting face-to-face with vendors nationwide and conducting annual preventative maintenance audits, I\'ve also been able to: Deliver cost savings of up to $90K for a single project. Reduce essential services line items by up to $150K over two years.
