   As the Director of IT Managed Services, I am responsible for overseeing a team of subcontractors and ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive range of IT managed services, service desk, Azure\\Intune systems, and networks. Whether we are starting Systems from scratch or untangling complex system and network issues, I have successfully managed over 200 projects with the help of 100+ contractors over the past 9+ years. My expertise extends to finding solutions for any IT problem that arises. With a team of experienced and certified professionals, we handle a wide range of tasks including migrations, upgrades, PC refreshes, full system automation, and network redundancy and security implementation. My day-to-day duties involve: 1. Leading and managing a team: I provide guidance, support, and direction to the subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination in delivering IT managed services. Project management: I oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from conception to completion. This includes defining project scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Problem-solving and solution development: Utilizing my extensive knowledge and experience in IT, I analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Client relationship management: I maintain regular communication with clients, understanding their requirements, addressing their concerns, and providing updates on project progress. Building strong and trusting relationships with clients is a key focus of my role. Quality assurance: I ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to established industry best practices. This includes conducting thorough testing and quality control measures to guarantee successful project outcomes.
