Michael Ivy is a seasoned executive and advisor with a diverse background spanning technology, finance, cybersecurity, healthcare, and nonprofit leadership. His career began in technical training—facilitating programs for both small businesses and Fortune 50 companies. While earning his degree in Law & Society at Purdue University, he led multiple departments, contributing to the development of federally mandated systems for the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice.Over the years, Michael has served in pivotal roles including Information Security Officer for a nationally recognized healthcare research organization and a security and privacy consultant to the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (HHS). He has also launched several successful businesses and provided executive leadership across the technology, marketing, manufacturing, and banking sectors.While his professional accomplishments are extensive, Michael believes true impact is measured by what endures beyond the workplace. Guided by a lifelong faith, he now also devotes himself to spiritual leadership—serving as Executive Pastor at Connection Point Church, where he mentors others in living out their calling in Christ.
