Responsible for creating ongoing partnerships with corporations like: WAWA, Publix, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Valley Bank, DTCC. Amazon, Starbucks and Regions Bank. Recruiting, hosting and supporting members for Industry Councils and Nonprofit Networks throughout Tampa Bay. Including companies like Crown, Idealease, Abe Brown Ministries, and Metropolitan Ministries. Creating program evaluations for continuous improvement efforts. Responsible for budgeting and administering over $1.2 million dollars in state grants monies, corporate donor dollars and private funder seed money. Represents Feeding Tampa Bay to community groups and at other events to encourage more partnerships and council members.Responsible for HR onboarding processes and payroll timesheet processes for all participants accepted into FRESHforce Workforce Programs.Instructing Warehouse participants through industry certifications, OSHA 10 and forklift training.Counseling, teaching & instructing employment readiness, life skills and soft skills curriculum weekly. Managing and coaching up to 90 Feeding Tampa Bay employees, FRESHforce trainees and OJT (on the job training) clients. Responsible for managing processes and managing people. High level strategic planning to make programs scalable and profitable.
