ABOUT MICHAEL HOLLOWAY
I am a Chartered town planner with 13 years experience working on major redevelopment sites, working for a range of private and public sector organisations, across a range of sectors including strategic land, residential and mixed-use, commercial and education. Having worked in planning and development consultancy for over a decade, in 2023 I joined the Land Development Team at Tarmac as Development Manager and am responsible for running several development projects through the planning system from promotion through to permission, and into delivery through various mechanisms.Outside of work, I am a keen runner, regular donator of rare blood, frustrated golfer and avid explorer of local woodlands with two young and energetic sons.The Tarmac Land Development Team sees land differently. We promote, we add value and we look to reinvent solutions to provide exits which align with our values. With a diverse real estate portfolio which includes minerals, industrial sites and strategic greenfield land, our land holding extends to over acres. With this, comes great responsibility and we are committed to creating development opportunities which improve our world.
