MichaelHerronWith over 25 years of business experience, I have a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams to deliver digital services and outcomes that positively affect citizens and society.I joined Atos as Head of UK & I in January 2025 at a pivotal moment, eager to drive our \"Genesis\" transformation journey with clarity and focus, ultimately aiming to become a global AI-fuelled technology services powerhouse.I firmly believe that I am the right leader, at the right time. With a background in public sector and defence, I understand a world with increasing geopolitical uncertainty, and I’m focussed on developing the right capability for this moment – to keep our client’s ready for a future that’s hard to predict.My leadership philosophy is simple: put people first. If we do it well, client, business and societal satisfaction will follow. I have a strong track record demonstrating that empowered and engaged employees drive business value.Professionally and as a father, I am interested in the human and AI interoperability topic—specifically how AI practically and beneficially fits into the workplace alongside people.
