Throughout my career, I have driven modernization and operational transformation across global IT services—simplifying processes, strengthening governance, and enabling collaboration at scale.Under my leadership, Indivior’s IT organization reduced incident rates by 65%(from ~1.4 to 98% CSAT and 97%+ SLA compliance. I spearheaded enterprise initiatives including Windows 11 migration, passwordless authentication, AI deployment with Microsoft Copilot, and ServiceNow platform governance, alongside implementing robust security automation and authoring key policies such as AI Governance, Conditional Access, Asset Management, and Vulnerability Management.In my current role as Director, Infrastructure, End User Services & Vendor Management, I oversee hosting and cloud platforms (AWS and Microsoft Azure), global networking (including company internet and intranet), email and collaboration services, endpoint engineering, mobile carrier management, and vendor governance—ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant solutions for a global workforce.I am honored to have been featured in Indivior’s 2025 Annual Report and on the company website alongside colleagues I deeply respect.
