   Owned full life cycle recruitment for Lyft Design Studio, across all four major lines of business; Rideshare/Transit, Bikes & Scooters/Fleet/Global Operations in the United States and Canada. Spearheaded sourcing strategies, robust pipeline maintenance and reporting, hiring manager guidance, in-depth candidate screening, interview preparation, and candidate offer negotiations. Partnered directly with the Executive Leadership Team in an advisory role to align talent acquisition and long-term business growth strategies. Focused on delivering scalable, transparent, and innovative technical recruiting pipelines. Sourced candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals, and passive candidates through networking and research. Successfully developed and executed a holistic inclusion and diversity strategy by using evidence-based best practices to drive results in a dynamic and evolving landscape.
