Mr. Haskett joined KaylaTek’s strong team of experienced leaders and capabilities as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). His primary focus is to enable KaylaTek’s vision forward with AI/ML and Data Analytics specializing in Deep Learning and Data Science Platform development. These capabilities are engines to address Energy Grid Modernization and Autonomous Vehicle Technology to include Cybersecurity and Enterprise Infrastructure solutions. Domain areas comprise of Defense, Energy and Transportation. KaylaTek is a C4ISR mission focused company founded by Dr. Hanna Haskett, an accomplished researcher in this arena.As a Founder and Owner of Synaptek (Renamed Teksynap), Mr. Haskett has extensive corporate knowledge of how to grow a small business from the ground-up while enabling scalability for future growth. Highly skilled in strategic planning, risk management and fostering customer centric culture, he always puts people in the center of what he does. He prides himself in developing employee\'s career paths, personal growth and interests.Mr. Haskett has 30 years of extensive experience in program management and technical leadership of complex, large-scale systems in engineering and telecommunications. As a large-scale complex system architect, for programs such as the Defense Continuity Integrated Network (DCIN), he has the ability to efficiently manage and direct large staffs of technical personnel with trust, compassion and stability. Similar to the DCIN program which provides the COOP network for all Command & Control and Mission Essential systems at the Pentagon, Mr. Haskett has in-depth experience in large network and data center design including assessments of major information systems; systems design and integration; system security; telecommunications design; data management, risk assessment for different large network organizations such as the Pentagon, National Defense University (NDU), and Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
