After stepping away from my consulting work to rejoin Deque full-time, I’ve continued doing what I love most—helping organizations build accessibility into their culture through impactful, role-specific training.In this role, I lead the full lifecycle of training engagements—from discovery and planning to delivery and refinement. I work closely with clients to assess needs across roles and teams, develop tailored content using the Teach, Try, and Revise model, and ensure our sessions drive both knowledge and practical application.Each engagement operates like a mini program. I coordinate schedules, align deliverables, manage feedback loops, and ensure all moving parts—from content development to delivery—stay on track and aligned with client goals. It’s an intersection of strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and direct delivery, blending my background in program management with my passion for digital inclusion.What’s most fulfilling is knowing these efforts don’t just meet compliance—they empower people to build better, more inclusive experiences every day.
