Michael Hall is the founder and CEO of Thebes Group, a Freeman of the City of London and valued member of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.Thebes was founded in 2002 by Michael who is a natural entrepreneur and staunch advocate of the IT consultancy services industry, with over 25 years in business development. His vision was to create a company which focused, first and foremost, on delivering the outcomes that the client needs.Thebes Group helps businesses succeed in technology so that they can realise their ambitions. This is achieved by building trust through value creation and working closely with clients, helping them to step-change to the next phase of their IT Cloud journey.More recently Thebes Group has launched a new subsidiary company, the award winning Thebes Cloud Fit which is dedicated to running and delivering clients FinOps and Cloud Economics, fixing Cloud Spend and helping those who are on their journey or have arrived in the cloud. Michael is also a philanthropist and is dedicated in his role as a Trustee of Aleto Foundation; an institution with the sole purpose of identifying and mentoring young business leaders of the future.On a personal level, Michael is father to four daughters who are already making great strides in the business world and following in their father’s entrepreneurial footsteps.
